We just returned from the National Restaurant Association show, and the flavor of the year this year was definitely coconut.  This couldn't make me happier!

While it's hard to pick a favorite flavor, when spring is in full bloom we can't get enough carrot cake!  Especially topped traditionally with rich, creamy, slightly tart cream cheese frosting.
