We here at OMC have a passion for life’s topping bar items; great design, art, music, food, etc.  So you can imagine our delight in discovering these fantastic trashcan liners.  And, being made out of recycled paper themselves, they are good for the environment too!  These guys deserve a cupcake!

In honor of National Limerick Day (today), the OMC gang composed this little ditty:
 

There once was a girl who loved cake.
Day in and day out she would bake.
Flour, Butter, and Sugar Sweet
Stacks and piles of her special Treat.
Now she eats until she gets a tummy ache.

This periodic table of cupcakes is for a chemistry nerd’s birthday party. Each cake is labeled with an element and color-coded by its state of matter. I hear hydrogen and helium are very light and fluffy. Looks like someone already ate ununseptium. Link -via reddit

Today is National Lost Sock Memorial Day.  We here at OMC understand the importance of the perfect partner; for a cupcake without frosting, or frosting without cake, is still good, but let’s face it, it isn’t as good as it SHOULD be.  So to all you lonely socks out there;  we remember you today and we hope that you may find your mate toot sweet!

The Players Championship Golf Tournament taking place this weekend in Point Verde Beach, Florida found so many players performing extra well yesterday that the course was nicknamed "cupcake".  Although this is just a nickname, it did get the OMC crew to thinking……wouldn’t it be great to have a tournament where the winner of each hole gets a cupcake?  Now thats a sport we would be all FORE!
